It is the most comprehensive review of this subject that I have seen to date. For me, some of the most practically useful information is provided by the extensive tables on drug treatment and neuromodulation. The book clearly accomplishes its goal, and the price of $90 seems quite reasonable considering the amount of information contained."

Seminal treatise on an Incurable Pain Syndrome

To my knowledge, in the last 20 years, there has been no such treatise on the little known Central Pain Syndrome. This is a vicious pain syndrome which has otherwise been considered incurable by countless doctors. The procedure is presented as a cure, but you have to read it all carefully. The pain from this syndrome is constant and ever-present, completely disabling, and by itself magnifies every other pain in your body, but this treatise presents curative surgery with good results, though not 100% certain.
