Great intro

My field of interest is in developing stronger listening abilities of English for Japanese learners. This book is looking at things from the other way round, how Japanese acquire and develop their first language, and how Japanese, as an L2 is also acquired and developed. It, being a summary of research in the field, provides an invaluable start to all the current and relevant research in the field. Valuable and informative.
